The IP Register database is no longer in operation.
The vbox_ops form allows manipulation of vboxes and their
associations with boxes and addresses. The form design is experimental
and subject to change, even more so than most other forms. It assumes
that those using it understand the underlying database structures and
operations, and it simply attempts to mirror those in an obvious way.
