The IP Register database is no longer in operation.
The aname_ops form allows manipulation of anames and their
associations with addresses. The generic permissions as currently
conceived mean that it is mainly of use to CS registrars, who will
normally need to use the "ALL_" view. The form design is experimental
and subject to change, even more so than most other forms. It assumes
that those using it understand the underlying database structures and
operations, and it simply attempts to mirror those in an obvious way.
